Thorough planning is the key to helping you achieve your dental goals. After we have gathered the necessary diagnostic information, we will schedule an in depth treatment discussion appointment to review the various options for your particular dental condition. Your input and opinions are helpful in determining which treatment is best for you. We then help coordinate treatment with other dental professionals as needed, including the Oral Surgeon, Periodontist, Endodontist, Orthodontist, as well as your General Dentist.
The fee for your initial evaluation includes all procedures performed at this appointment and is due at the time of your initial appointment. While making your first appointment with our office, we will be happy to provide you with an estimate for your particular needs.
Following your treatment discussion, we will prepare a proposal which will include the estimated treatment fees. We will also include a treatment cost worksheet to aid you in tracking the cost of your dental investment, including adjunctive services provided by other specialists. Once you decide which treatment option is best for you, we can help you decide on a financial arrangement that best suits your needs.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly file an insurance claim to your dental insurance company so they may reimburse you directly.
